The target
area resembles an abandoned airport located in a
remote
Darren area.

development efforts related to "communications and
reconnaissance.
Weather,
satellite, and missile communication
network activities are pursued in the subterranean portion of a
building at the-site.
TWO
transmitters were perceived as being
present in the immediate vicinity. ! Two long access roads appear
