THE TARGET IS A STRUCTURE LOCATED IN A RUGGED, WINDSWEPT, REMOTE.
SECTION OF THE NORTHERN HEMISPHERE. IT IS BITTERLY COLD HERE, MUCH LIKE AN
ARCTIC WEATHER STATION. THE BLOWING SNOW PAINFULLY STINGS THE FACE AND HANDS.
THIS STRUCTURE IS DEFINITELY MILITARY IN NATURE. IT SERVES AN EARLY WARNING
AND EMERGENCY COMMAND AND CONTROL FUNCTION. INSIDE THERE ARE WORK STATIONS
WITH ELECTRONICS, CONSOLES, AND SCREENS WHICH RESEMBLE RADAR SCOPES. ON
ONE WALL IS A VERY LARGE, ILLUMINATED SITUATION / PLOTTING CHART. THE STRUCTURE
ITSELF IS SOMEWHAT SQUARE/ RECTANGULAR IN SHAPE AND IS MOSTLY UNDERGROUND,
OR AT LEAST NOT VISIBLE FROM OVERHEAD. THERE IS A ROUNDED OR CIRCULAR SHAPED
OBJECT VISIBLE. WHICH IS SITUATED ABOVE THE STRUCTURE. THIS TARGET APPEARS
TO BE LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST AREA OF THE SOVIET UNION.
