Approved For Release 2003/04/18 : CIA-RDP96-00789R003401310001-9 SECRET/NOFORN - HANDLE VIA SKEET CHANNELS ONLY PROJECT SUN STREAK (U) WARNING NOTICE: INTELLIGENCE SOURCES AND METHODS INVOLVED PROJECT NUMBER : 8808 SESSION NUMBER : 5 DATE OF SESSION: 21 MAY 88 DATE OF REPORT: 21 MAY 88 START: 1224 END: 1306 METHODOLOGY: CRV VIEWER IDENTIFIER: 095 1. (S/NF/SK) MISSION: Describe the vessel aboard which LTC Higgins is held, its location, and any associated activities. 2. (S/NF/SK) VIEWER TASKING: 095 was directed to place the coordinates and the words "present time" on top of the transcript. A series of movement exercises were then performed and a series of ideograms generated. 095 finally moved into Stage 6 to model both the vessel and a smaller (associated) water craft; the resulting kinesthetic contact induced additional percepts. 3. (S/NF/SK) COMMENTS: Although 095 was laboring under some significant PI's, these did not seem to affect the quality of viewing. However, the quantity of data would probably have been greater if PIs had been absent. 4. (S/NF/SK) EVALUATION: [] Excellent work, high confidence. 1 1 Approved For Release 2003/04/18 : CIA-RDP96-00789R003401310001-9 Session Summary Viewer 095 21 May 1988 CRV Start 1224 End 1306 Target (Higgins) was in a cramped V-shaped room, lying on Canvas. He was exhausted and cramped. I got a repeating visual (AOL/S) of the hold in the very bottom front of a craft where ropes, anchors etc are stored. The craft was large and wide and wa an old utility craft (AOL: chubby tugboat/ fishing vessel ) . In trying to focus in on the original use/utility I got a visual of a man standing over the deck throwing something over the side (couldn't tell if he was throwing a line to another craft/dock or throwing something overboard) . Near the front was a diagonal shaped structure on top of the deck like AOL: a pilot's perch (see S-3 sketch). Around the craft was a definite thick rim. deck was filthy and cluttered with lots of junk (metallic, wooden, wet, gritty, oily) , boxes etc. which pertained to the original purpose of the craft. There was a strong sensation of an on-going charade -- that the craft was trying to appear innocuous, At night-time another smaller craft, a speed boat with two men was circling the vessel. During the day the craft Was alone, paralleling the coast. There were at least five men on board and they were angry and tense. The craft was small enough that they felt like they were "on top of each other" and this caused lots of squabbling. The Approved For Release 2003/04/18 : CIA-RDP96-00789R003401310001-9
