On two separate occasions, a (Christian)
Lebanese radio station reported USMC LTC Higgins as having been
killed by his captors in retaliation for US activities in the
Middle East, particularly in the Persian Gulf.

I got the perception of very few guards, except
when he was remembering being moved.
At that time,
he was surrounded by them.
As for his present
location, I got the perceptions that he was in a
solitary room with little more in it than a bedt
This room is located in a one-story structure which -
has a very tall fence (See Fig. 1). The fence is
painted in large "blobby" patterns (see Fig. 2) of
pastel green and pastel turquoise colors (AOL: like
you might see at a day-care center) .

The place is otherwise deserted.
According to perceptions gained on a time-line 3see
