SUMMARY
To get to Higgins present location,
one must
travel up a
narrow, one-lane, gravel road cut into the side of a dark gray,
rock cliff.
See sketch at Page 5.
Located at the top of the
cliff and adjacent to the road, is a large, old building.

sketch at Page 6.
Higgins is located in a windowless, dirty
room, on the ground floor of this building.
Although he appears exhausted and dirty, his mental
condition
appears to have improved somewhat

perceive him eating some
sort of cold, slimy noodle fish, in semi-darkness at this time.
