to get involved with these people .... it could mean the
end of his career ... he does not support the political
ambitions non care about ideologies of any group or persons
.he is a rather successful person and feels that

wearing a dark blue suit , large gold ( almost massive ring ) on his
right hand -maroon tie
not able to picture a
wife. as if she were very much in the background - impression
of two children, a boy and a girl .... I think the boy in the
oldest ... it's hard to tell. The children are older-perhaps
college age -young adults

INTERIM SUMMARY- the general location in dry, dusty, powdery with
colors of brown, tam, greythe is an unusual structure here that
appears to be partly natural and partly man-made. Inside this
structure there is a cave-like (grotto) feeling. It is dark, rather quiet
and any noise would echo. The combination of this man-made/
natural structure interface could resemble the entrance of
a railroad tunnel.

he is making the appearance that he is cooperating with them , but he is
playing a waiting game , he is waiting for them to make a mistake.
This is something he learned in a special training program.

4'E-feel that this person wears two hata ... he is like a business man and
also like a diplomat .. he conducts meetings often with people of influence
and affluence. They come to him ..... not perceiving any direct, face-to-face
contact with LTC H.
. if he is involved with the Higgins situation
it seems to be after the fact .... as if a third party had contacted him
after the event.
Af2 - I don't get the impression that
was ished
at all in the planning on of the execution of the abduction of
LTC A. - if would seem that. he was surprised that he should
become involved . As if he were contacted by abductors to act
as a liaison of some sort in the situation .... he is reluctant
