miles
south of
Tyre on
18 February 1988.

personality identified as
is suspected of playing a

There is a tall , modern-looking building located in a large city. It
has a circular blacktop driveway in front of the main entrance. At least
one side of this building appears to be faced with a coated glass . This
glass reminds me of a two -way mirror . At the main entrance is a
covered portico with a number of flags attached, like flags of different
nations ( AOL - like an international hotel ) ( see sketch , page 4 ). I see people
arriving here in limousines and wearing expensive clothing , both male and
female . These people are definitely " upper crust " and seem to represent
a number of nationalities .
There is a key person who has an office in , or at least works out
of this building . This individual is tall , has an average build , greying hair
and is very distinguished looking . He appears much younger than than his
age of 45-50 years. He is a very pleasant , diplomatic person who is quite
used to moving around in very high circles. He comes across as somewhat
of a salesman , or company " representative . His job is to convince other
people that his product , company , or " policy " is the best . At this particular
time he is wearing a grey-brown suit with a red or maroon tie and brown
shoes.
Although unable to pin-point the location of this target area , the
climate here is very pleasant at this time of year ( AOL - like Mexico or Hawaii ).
