recorded location, if any, is that of LTC Higgins at the time of the

VIEWER TASKING:
View each tape in a quiet, undisturbed
environment.
Record the numbers of those segments/frames (from the
VCR's tape footage counter) which feel psychically relevant to the
tasking. Review these frames later and summarize the descriptive data
and other impressions, if any.

COMMENTS: 003 found it extremely difficult to attend to
the task at hand, the pull of the target's present location being just
too strong to work through.

Strong impressions surrounding large structure
This is same structure previously identified by this
source (03)
located in Sujud.
Some feelings also associated
with southern half of 'Arab Salim, though only general in nature,
with no more specific location/structure apparent. Ambivalence
prosent as to whether this is present location of Higgins. At
sly rate he is presently bored, confined, restricted to a room
that allows access to considerable sunlicht.
Atmosphere is
claasa t, warm, but not too warm yet, though it may soon be;
subject has more or less reconciled himself to being in the
circumstances he is in for some time. He has been where he
presently is longer than he expected, and thinks he may be here
Jonger still.
He believes himself to be in a location out of the
way from where he might expect intervention from outside agencies
on his behalf.
His captors/guards are presently noti totally
antagonistic, and tend to leave him alone. He had expected more
interference and unpleasantries than he is presently
experiencing, but allows that things could easily get more
uncomfortable and threatening than at present.
