MISSION:
Determine the present location of LTC Higgins.

VIEWER TASKING:
003 was pre-briefed on the mission at
an earlier meeting.
The viewer chose to employ dowsing for this
session.
Six area map sheets (supplied) were dowsed in turn (none
were dowsed more than once) using the following protocol :
Out of
sight of the viewer, the monitor placed index marks on a clear acetate
overlay, using different index points for each different map sheet.
The monitor, at the request of the viewer, then randomly oriented the
acetate overlay and placed it on the table in front of the viewer. A
break was taken after each attempt at dowsing, to allow the monitor to
determine the coordinates and to prepare the next overlay.

(S/NF/SK) COMMENTS: Three of the six map sheets produced a null
result.
The response points for the other three were, roughly:

33 degrees 58 minutes North/35 degrees 23 minutes East
33 degrees 33 minutes North/35 degrees 20 minutes East
33 degrees 07 minutes North/35 degrees 22 minutes East
(The longitude agreement -- within 3 minutes -- is uncanny) .
The second and third points are on or near land; they are indicated on
Inclosure 1.
Because the methodology has not yet been validated by this office, the
monitor cannot place a confidence level on the session results.
