No inclemencies noted.
However ,
results of topical search deal with events in the future that are
based on plans and intentions; a number of plans are being
formulated. Further refinements are needed as the final outcome
approaches the date of its realization.

SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
There are three plans of action being formulated to commit acts
of terrorism by Islamic terrorists with ties in Italy.
The first
provides for the highjacking of an aircraft whose fight
originates in Naples, Italy, and whose itinerary includes
Corinth, Greece, and
Istanbul, Turkey.
Twelve terrorist are
involved; plans call for six of the terrorists to highjack the
aircraft.
Attempts to identify the airline resulted in the name
"Eastern D" (previously identified as Eastern Airlines during
Session of 8 July 1988) .
Other data related to the highjacking
of this aircraft are the words "WOR" and "ROW" with flight
numbers indicated
as 107, 108, 109, and 813.
[Data will be
refined in late Julyl.
The second plan calls for acts of
terrorism to be directed against airline terminals "anywhere".
Best opportunity targets are in Italy and Greece.
The
possibility of an act of terrorism directed against West Germany
is in the conceptual stages; its feasibility will be addressed at
a later date.
