and imminence factor of terrorist activity directed against US
interests and projected to occur in the areas of USAREUR and
PACOM.

The results of the
topical searches were conducted during the aftermath of the
downing of the Iranian Jet Bus incident by the Vincennes.
In
terms of remote viewing, working in future time and in a
predictive mode against acts of terrorism directed against US
interests represents the least marketable result this form of
collection can offer.
The attached Summary of Information is
submitted with the hope that WRV as a new methodology in the area
of remote Viewing, can provide exploitable indicators on how to
cope with the phenomenon of time.

SUMMARY OF INFORMATIO

"NATO/SHAPE intelligence oriented conferenc
September 1988.
Bomb threats are being directed against the
structure described as the "Convention Center", a large grey
stone building that resembles a church.
It is anticipated that
bomb threats will be made against the Supreme Headquarters Allied
Powers Europe (SHAPE) , Maisieres, Belgium.
The perpetrators
comprised of a small group of independent, rabid extremists known
mainly for their bomb threats (rather than for acts of
kidnapping) have a list of attendees and pictures of some the
personnel in their position.
Personnel remaining in
hotels/motels are also vulnerable at the time of the conference.
An estimated 27 members of the Red Army Faction utilizing
"hit and run tactics" and driving "new shiny" cars will
attempt
to penetrate the naval base (considered an accessible soft
target) at Iwaki (Taira) Japan, to set fires, as well
as to
maim
and kill personnel.
The dates of 18 September 1988 and
November
1988 surfaced as potential target dates.
It is anticipated the
target date will coincide with the presence and speaking
engagement of a one or two star naval officer whose name was
phonetically described as "Saunders/Souers/Sowers. "
The political demise of Mrs. Aquino as the Philippine head of

state will occur within a period of six to nine months from this
date; in any case, Mrs. Aquino will no longer be in power in an
year from now.
Riots attended by thousands of people and
directed against the US Air Base located in the vicinity of
Tinaca Point, The Philippines, will mark the beginning of a
continuing deterioration of Mrs. Aquino's grasp of power.
The
riot will take place within the October 1988 time frame.
'Stations and
sub-stations" have already been alerted to the
possibility.
It was estimated on a long term basis that
conservative military officer would finally bring some sort of
control in the Philippines in about two years from now.
An estimated ten terrorists (or formerly active European
terrorists)
are in the process of
surveilling the routes of
travel
well
the security aspects of the home of Col
Johr
Abrams.
The intent is to kidnap Col Abrams for ransom so
that
the terrorists can leave/retire from Germany to Switzerland
and/or Bulgaria.
Col Abrams will be most vulnerable during his
route of travel
between home and his military place of
assignment.
Col Abrams was selected as a target because of the
military prominence of his father
The initiation of a
surveillance will
provide the tip off confirming the validity of
this information.
(COL Abrams in this report may be identifiable
with COL John Abrams believed to be assigned as Commander, 11th
Armored Cavalry Regiment, V Corps - The name Col
Knox was
mentioned in a previous report - Clarifying data obtained this
date,
indicates that Col Abrams
was trained/associated with Fort
Knox; evidently there is no Col Knox) .

CH, DT-S feels very uncomfortable with the data provided above.
There is no viable,
established track record or basis that can be
cited in support of its credibility or marketability within the
intelligence community.
Information of a non-predictive nature
obtained via this previously untried methodology appears
promising but inconclusive because of a lack of an established
data back (precedent)
from which to assess its value even as a
potential
tip-off used in a multi-discipline mode.
