CHWILI/NOFORN - HANDLE VIA SKEET CHANNELS ONLY
Viewer 099 Session Report
Date:
20 April 88
Time:
0906 - 0945
Summary:
(Refer to labeled sketches)
The target structure, long and
hemispherical in cross-section, is oriented north-south; the
south end seems rounded and closed, the north end seems open.
There may be a type of access way (door) on the west side.
"Technician types" (there do not seem to be many) can be found
within, their movements generally confined to an area along the
inner west side (lengthwise) of the structure (AOL-walkway).
sound of (perhaps) ventilation equipment is present. At times,
what appears to be (AOL-individual aircraft) sit inside astride
the longitudinal axis of the structure.
The technician types are
engaged in monitoring/maintaining controlled conditions,
associated with something that is done to the (aircraft) .
The
The
surface (coating), of whatever is sitting inside during these
times, feels "wet" or sticky.
Ideas associated with the above are:
nondestructive testing and
"curing".
[AOLs: experimental aircraft, X-15, X-1 (from trackers & AOL
sketch) , and Earl Shives paint job]
