PREFACE:
(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The Special Activity Report is part of on-
going taskings in response to a request from Joint Task Force
Five (JTF-5) in Alameda, California. The data provided in this
report will be used by the J22 division in their assessment
effort regarding their counterdrug mission. The information
provided in this report was generated by PAG-TA employing remote
viewing (RV) methodologies.

by secure fax on 19 July 1994. The JTF-5 evaluation feedback is
at Appendix B.
(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) The methodology used in this activity is
exploratory. Results should not be considered as stand-alone;
but used or evaluated in conjunction with other proven data
sources (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMAGERY, OPEN SOURCE, and/or MASINT) .
Generic data (e.g., general shapes) are more reliable than
specific data (e.g. dimensions, names) .

-- The target
may be caught in a severe
lightning storm and go down in route before August. Some type of
radio communications and perhaps a helicopter may be on the
scene. The target is located near coastal waters and beach area.
The target is associated with a dark skinned man with corn rows
or braids and a slight accent. This individual has been involved
in illegal dealings for money. A vision of "packed ice" or ice
cubes in a storage container came to mind which could be a means
of concealing goods.

The individual has dark hair and keeps information close-hold.
He may be in the military or work for a military association. He

He is married.
-- It seems as though he may come into a struggle in the
very near future. He is a leader but his outcome may not be real
good.
