1. On 23 October 1990, The DIA/DT Special Access Program, SUN
STREAK, was terminated.
Consequently, all SUN STREAK material
will be downgraded and handled in accordance with Limited
Dissemination procedures for a period of at least one year.

To facilitate this change over, we now require a new
unclassified nickname for the Limited Dissemination period.
