Dear Colonel Lockett
This letter is to confirm Mr. Gharith Pendragon's continuing offer of assistance
to the 3700 Security Police Squadron, Lackland AFB, Texas. He is assisting our
squadron on an as needed confidential volunteer basis. Being impressed with his
clairvoyant track record with other Government and Law Enforcement Agencies, we
do intend to use his services if the occasion arises for his assistance.
