area of parapsychology.

(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Program accomplishments: R&D effort continued on a reduced scale
due to loss of R&D funds to extend external contract beyond FY1994. Foreign
assessments effort enhanced with a redo of program collection requirements
priorities.
Operations expanded as a
result of contact with major DoD Service Commands and Activities.
(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Basis for budget request: N/A. Project STAR GATE transfers to
CIAP NLT 1 July 1995.

CIA submits to the appropriate Congressional
Committees a status report on Project STAR GATE
transfer from GDIP to CIAP. Report due NLT 1
