called with a rumor from LA that Dr. Anita Jones, DDR&
is very negative on Star Gate and opposes continuation of the program.
a. We agreed that the rumor doesn't ring true, and I Faxed George a cop
Mr. Berbrich's Higgins of 4 June summarizing Dr. Jones' professional
professional reaction to the Star Gate briefing.
b. George will attempt to set up a meeting with Dr. Jones this week so
can address her questions directly. (She will be out of pocket next week. )
will also inform PS.
2. I don't like to pass rumors, but wanted you to know soonest about th
sensitive issue.
