It is metallic, associated with water, and surrounded in nature. The target is located in a park like land area consisting of greenery and birds. This tall rounded structure contains liquid and is solitary with nothing around it. The metal body is similar to the swelling belly of a plane and stands like a mound in the earth. The target is larger than people, is for people, and helps people. This target is a form of reserve or reservoir and is conceptually similar to a water tank.
