2 Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002000950005-1 Here I am on what appears to be a beautiful beach in the Caribbean. The air is hot and humid. the water is warm and salty. There are so many stars visible that it's absolutely beautiful. I'm on a beach . The sand is so very fine and almost pure white. There is bush foliage all around. It seems like somewhere in the Carribean Islands. In the meantime, taking place at this location, is rioting, death, destruction, confusion, all brought about by something political. political turmoil.
