A man, in a suit, with his hands behind his
back, is being led down some steps of a public building
by two other men. The first man is rather young.
About 30-35, his head (?) is downcast. He is Caucasian.
The men behind him are also in suits. They are
heavier and remind me of people you would
associate with Secret Service or FBI.

NOTE: There is no activity - just a flash photo, almost
like a picture in a book or a paper.
