Site is military oriented, has people in dark, heavy, warm, uniform-color clothing. Purpose of site is to provide a "home," or locaton on which to operate large, bulky, metalic, odd-shaped pieces of equipment which can move, which have a technical and ordinance quality about them. Round , cylindrical structures are present at this location. There may be a person or persons of interest at this site.
