Site involves a tall, cubical white structure with smaller
structure on top, in an area of many trees that have th sense of
"cultivated," or "park." The climate here is quite pleasant, and
seems to be at some non-US location (AOL of Latin America
somewhere), but to have a distant though definite connection with
the US, as if this place's purpose for existence rested in what
it could do in, for, or to the US.
A sense of smug almost
egotistical superioriy was manifest by people at the site, with
the sort of attitude of "I can do anything I feel like doing" -- a
sense of being somehow "above or beyond the law. "
Rapid, jerkily moving images, as those produced by some sort
of electronic device, which in turn are associatd with some sort
of long, cylindrical, smooth, round-ended object or device are
also connected with the site in some way.
