Site involves a relatively large, black, "airy" structure on
land with cross members, bracing, and interstices, which may be
moveable and consist largely of metal components. It is
technical in nature and uses electrical and electro-magnetic
components and principles.
The surroundings at the site are
open, spacious, and have large elements of white, grey, and are
bright.
Small traces of yellow and light neutral blue are also
present.
Wind is a frequently present element at the site, and
cool to cold temperatures are not unusual .* Fresh smells are
evident.
Some sort of event or activity is occurring or about to
occur in connection with the site.
There are two types of people
present -- those routinely associated with the site, and a second
group of which the first is not aware, who are specifically
interested in the site or some aspect of it, who are "targeting"
it in some sense of the word, and whose attention to the site the
first group would not necessarily welcome.
White clothing and some sort of smooth, round, lime-green
metal cylinders, relatively heavy for their size, which is
relatively small (about the size of a large multi-celled
flashlight) seem to be important to the event or the purpose of
the un-welcomed group.
