" (There is a) building, tall, maybe five or six stories.

building has a bend or right angle in (the) middle.

is old and has several feelings (about it) but none (of these
feelings) are precise or absolute.
(The) building has an imperial
feeling (on one hand and on the other it appears as a) hospital
(with) people trying to help other people.
Finally there is a
feeling of study (ing) , learning.
There is a large room with a long
table (that is incidentally) older than the men sitting around it.
There is also a more modern part (of this building) with closed
circuit TV.
( In this part of the building) there is a study going
on".

During the actual session, Source reported

assessment of this target.

The people who work at this facility are
bright and intelligent with a good mixture of both young and old.
There does not seem to be an impression of any type of military
personnel at this site.

Upon entering the building there appeared to
be some sort of
elevated "checkpoint" or information desk.
The
word checkpoint
seemed to be to strong since there does not appear
to be any unusual type of security afforded this area and the
elevated area appeared to be more of an information booth with
personnel inside maintaining a card file with information on each
person in the building in a manner more akin to a post locator as
opposed to a badge or credential system.

At different times in the past this building
seems to have served different purposes which may have caused the
apparent disparities of impressions concerning its function.

In the room containing the long table, men in
suits were seen to be relaxed in a feeling described as a "British
Men' Club".
Topics around this table could not be completely
discerned however key words included: "Lysterol (sic", "Cabals",
"Congruences", "Conflagrations", and an unusual reference to
"Cyrano".

In the more modern area, the concept of a
"study" was described in various terms including:
"perplexing", "a
Gordion's Knot which has no beginning and no end", "a study to
facilitate something else" and the concept of "predictability".
This study has been going on "for quite a while with no end in
sight". There are however, certain milestones and suspenses which
must be met.

essentially correct) .
If
the validity of Source's data is

confirmed through analysis, then it can be stated that
is some sort of complex study which has been going on for
some time and apparently will be going on for some time to come.
The exact nature of this study could not be discerned however, in
future sessions the nature of the study will beexamined in more
detail .
