FOR YOUR RECORDS:
An attempt was made to target Source 021 on tasking I-2 on 15
December 1986.
The session began without incident, however the
initial descriptives did not fit well into the known components of
the target. An Attempt was made to "re-target" the Source,
however, for reasons unknown and unstated, the Source was unable to
acquire the site and requested that the session be terminated.
Following the session the Source stated that she had been under
some physical discomfort from cramps and a slight bout of bronchial
asthma.
No specific date was set for another session except as
indicated on current training schedules.
