Monitor recognized first ideogram as being symbolic of site and
therefore shifted newers attention to the portion of the ideogram which
monitor believed represents the target. after a brief description
of Anuncio perceptions (upon touching the ideogram"), monitor
became confident of source 's data (location) and moved

Site involves an oblong structure with angles and rounded components
at least part of the interior is open, brightly lit, w/ curious color
schemes. It is empty at present but sometimes, perhaps
frequently, there is a gathering of people. The structure seems
to be a center of coordination and control of activities.
Sometimes a watch is maintained during critical times which
monitors events, situations, trends, etc. in the area
being monitored, but also keeps tabs on troops on
operational elements of the organization associated with
the structure.
