Access and describe a designated beacon
who will/has accomplished a specific task on 27 June 1988.

COMMENTS:
The presence of an acrid odor of smoke
interrupted the initial attempt. The building was inspected and
aired. 018 could have been guided more closely and given the cue
of the presence of a beacon.
By mutual agreement, 018 proceeded
on bare minimum but adequate data.
The pe
mettref assumption
that this was a military or military related target cannot be
precluded.
It appears to have skewed the results.
