Site involves a large structure on a high piece of terrain
in an area that is "like" being up in the mountains -- dramatic and
abrupt terrain relief, along with green, winding valley areas.
Structures on terrain features are not uncommon in this area.
Structure is masonry, with slate, tile, scalloped, dished, and
ribbed portions.
There is a possible oriental feel to this site.
This does not feel like a technical site; there is sense of a
wall of a structure integrated into an abrupt drop-off or cliff.
People involved suggest an AOL/A/S of Tibetan/Nepalese monastery;
short, coppery-complexioned people with very little dark hair on
their heads sit in a circle communicating, discussing, "like"
negotiating.
There is a concept of "meeting. "
There is more
than one faction/interest group represented.
Not everybody comes
from the same place, though they are all the same
race/nationality.
Some of them belong with the structure; others
come from outside it, most from quite some a distance away.
It's
they
"like" they gather at a summons but they're not subservient;
come because they choose to come to work things out, though they
have a healthy respect for those who do the summoning as someone
with power to do a good deal of mischief if they were so
inclined.
There is a further sense of being drawn form various
regions of the country. This location is a sort of central
"rallying point. "
The air is fairly high altitude sort of air,
crisp and clean.
