Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R001800190001-2 Session Summary Viewer 095 26 October 1988 Start: 1347 End: 1500 CRV Site is a tall, black, ridged, hollow structure made of a thin, sheer material that is woven from something like wire but is neither metal or plastic but something in between (see sketch page 6). On the outside ridged portions of the structure are rings. The structure is impermanent/ temporary "like" a tent of a M*A*S*H unit. At the present time (26 OCt 88) it is on a wide open area of rugged, brown, flat land in the northern hemisphere somewhere between 15-30 degrees north of the equator. There are mountains to the north and a large body of water to the east. The texture of the land is odd -- the dirt has a strange feel to it. It was very difficult to access the people associated with the structure. Every time I tried I experienced an EI/AI of painful pressure on my face in the sinus area, like part of my brain was being bored out. The people had dark skin, tan not black. They had high cheekbones and somewhat flat faces. (AOL : eskimos) . When I tried to access the mind of someone who understands what the structure is, I sensed the concepts "interconnected, crossed, mind-boggling, expansive and boundary- less. " These concepts were associated with the person's mind. It felt "like" he had no concept of time. Associated with the structure and the people are the concepts temporary, mobile and organized. The entire structure itself performs a function. The material it is made of- which is somehow stretchy- is important to the function of the structure. The structure is a "reverse radiator" and sucks up radiation (perhaps electromagnetic) . It is not like an antenna in that this process is not passive. The structure and people are collecting/ sampling scientific evidence, "like" taking core samples. The next operational location of the structure will be in South Africa, in an area which is figuratively "cordoned off" because it is restricted/ limited access. This restriction is not difficult to enforce because this area is naturally isolated. The restricted area is restricted by people other than those mentioned above, they are of a different nationality. To catch these people/ the structure, one has to get to where they are going right when they are getting there: not before and not after. The action must be simultaneous.
