After some confusion, viewer
successfully accessed signal line and reported on significant
aspects of site.
Actual identification of what the site was did
not occur, due largely to confusing nature of target -- i.e. , a
propeller-driven vessel with masts and spars (the presidential
yacht Sequoia) secured to a large pier area and under refit.

THE TARGET APPEARS TO BE A STRUCTURE WITH SOME UNUSUAL QUALITIES.

IT IS TALL AND VERTICAL, BUT THERE IS ALSO A FLAT HORIZONTAL ELEMENT.
MOST UNUSUAL IS A SOFT, WEAK, CURVING INCLINE.
THERE IS A COASTAL QUALITY TO THE SITE LOCATION WITH A LAND/ WATER/
STRUCTURES INTERFACE ( AOL- REMINDS ME OF A CITY COMPLEX LOCATED
NEXT TO A BODY OF WATER ) .
THERE IS A DEFINITE WATER INTERFACE
WITH THE BASE OF THE TARGET STRUCTURE.
