SITE : THE COLISEUM
. first impressions and ideogram resembled those of a cliff or
canyon.
the feeling was across , vertical up , across and hard . ....
natural, browns, earthtones, sandy, gritty ...... feeling of sand/water/
vegetation interface .... AOL River ... viewed from above site looks like
a crater of basin. .... . from the ground it was like standing under a
huge dome or cavern .... empty and dark ..... shifted focus to a time
when people are present .... Saw a mass of people at the base of tall
structure --- AOL-like a stepped pyramid with steps or stairs from base to
top ..... people at base obscured by dust ..... 79 A.D. people at base of
structure 3 - 4 abreast in a long line .. . AOL - dressed like Roman
soldiers. .. still a lot of dust obscuring vision . . . angle at base of
structure .... while still in 79A.D. moved inside of structure ....
at that time I know exactly where I was ... the coliseum
there were rows and rows of cheering , shouting people . it was
like a scene from " The Gladiator "or " Ben Hur " . ... . I made it
a point to remain only as a spectator.
AOL matching was present during this session.
From above, the site looked like a crater or volcano. The structure
looked like a tall, steep, stepped tower with stairs.
also, it was interesting that the site contained
no significance until there were people present.
