5. Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R001700480018-3 . INTERIM SUMMARY feels-like This ( seems to be) an old project, like a utility assessment or something. The event is historically significant and happened sometime in the past. It somehow reminds me of the sinking of the Titanic. I get the feeling of a ship, in motion, on the surface of the sea. It appears to strike something solid. Something that is also floating, but not supposed to be there. all motion stops and there is a sinking feeling that ends in icy cold darkness. The question is; what did this vessel strike? as far as location goes I get the feeling of an icy, cold, northerly atlantic Ocean location. I don't feel land any where nearby. 1020 Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R001700480018-3
