Summary of Information
Individual involved is light complected, with white/grayish
white hair, a slightly high-pitched voice, and generally dresses
okay but is not a person overly concerned with fashion.
He's in
late middle age or early old age, has somewhat of a double chin
or receding chin, receding or thinning hair, and likes to wear
things on his head.
Subject is wearing shoes, tie, and a light-
colored suit, seemingly light blue.
He is manipulative, but
otherwise fairly easy going.
His interests are his own first
priority, and will
seem to help other people to get them to
facilitate his own ends.
There is a sense
that this person is not where he's supposed
to be, and is consciously
aware of that fact.
He doesn't, in
fact, want to be known as to where he is, as that would hamper
what he is
about.
He presently seems to be haggling or otherwise
negotiating or arranging an exchange of some service in return
for something worthwhile to him.
The transaction is a business
sort of connection, "like" negotiating to sell or buy or both (in
the sense of "middleman"). He tends to be involved in activities
where he is rewarded for services rendered or other intangibles.
There seems to be some sort of complex equipment involved, that
is dull, silvery metal, with many angles and surfaces, but
generally blocky and round.
