The target was the Bunker Hill Monument.
Strikingly similar in appearance to the Washington Monument, this
221 foot tall stone edifice commemorates the defeat of British
forces by irregular American rebels.
The site has numerous stone
statues, a museum of Revolutionary War artifacts and a classic
wrought iron spike fence surrounding the actual monument.
It is
located in a natural wooded surrounding on top of a rolling hill.
It is a popular tourist attraction with many small vendors and
concessionaires selling all types of souvenirs and popular food
items.

Source described a large open area (TRUE! ! ) with
a general outside feel (TRUE! ! ) .
The central gestalt seemed to be
a large building (the monument?) .
Other items of curious
Similarity were the existence of a business like feeling (vendors ?-
TRUE! ! ) and a historical collection of art (TRUE! ! ). Another good
correlation was found in the reference to "hard animals and men"
(statues ?- TRUE! ! ) and triangles and pointed edges which bear good
correlation to a spiked ornamental fence surrounding the site.
Source further provided well correlated references to "strictly
dress men" (guards ?- TRUE! ! ) , luxurious surroundings (museum ?-
TRUE! ! ) and a series of "H's later drawn very similar to a probable
parking area.
Source diverged from good correlations in
descriptive of "coding", a "large ball on a roof", "energies",
"serious workers", and "machinery" all of which would better fit
descriptive of the NSA building on Ft. Meade, MD.
)

Based on the above analysis of the data, it
appears that Source may have acquired the proper site, if only
sporadically, and reported on several of the major gestalts.
There

target.
This was the first target utilizing encrypted coordinates
and may have caused some momentary confusion.
