Today I tried something new, I used Monroe's Discovery Focus
10 tape, which unfortunately allowed me only a few minutes on
target.
Monroe used the rest of the time for energy conversion,
resonant breathing and other stuff.
So while I had an immensely
enjoyable session I only got the following during my brief trip:
The target
site is very high and has a strong sense of lots
of verticalness.
It is also quite long.
The site has a strong
feeling of naturalness to it.
There is something there that
looks like this:

This gave me a strong AOL of monastary and caverns.
The sky was very clear and blue and there was something at
the site that glittered and shimmered with light.
