I repeated

approached the structure, but could never go into it.
From the outside, it
is a tall, long, rectangular, grey building whose sides are not vertically
-
aligned ("jutting-out places").
It appeared to have structural portions
which looked like columns, but I could only find these on one side of the
building.
It has lots of windows.
It is located amid other tall
structures, in close proximity to them.
