Unencrypted coordinates prompted some
analytic tendencies from the viewer about mid-session, generating
mild AOL.
Recommend return to encryption.
Some slight
possibility that viewer produced more direct signal line
information because of open coordinates.
Monitor more familiar
with 018's usual performance should review session to determine
this.
Additionally, monitor noted that viewer was rewriting S-4
matrix line after every AOL Bk or other interruption in session
proceedings.
Monitor recommended cessation of this practice;
viewer agreed.

a.
The site is near a body of water.
The water
appeared black (AOL: like ink), more viscous than normal, and
to have a very rough surface (AOL:
like very choppy waves) .
b.
The site gave the impression of one very tall
structure surrounded by many smaller structures.
The tall
structure seem to have something atop it (see drawing, page
11)
The smaller structures are not arranged symmetrically,
as in a city, but seem to be placed in random directions to
the tall
structure
(see drawing, page 13) .
The area immediately around the site has semi-
circular "streets" which come up to the tall structure, then
circle part-way around it (see drawings, pages 12 and 13A) .

The area directly at the site seems to be made of
large, long, metallic "beams" (see sketch, page 20 and
tracker of cross-section, page 20A) .
These "beams" are lying
around (AOL: like at a construction site) inside a fenced
area.
There was a strong and recurring impression that these
"beams" were painted green, rather than the red or orange we
use in the U.S.

From early on in the session, there were recurring
impressions that I was at a "space-port" or "rocket-
launching site" (AOL: like Cape Kennedy, Tyuratam, etc. ) .
