SUMMARY OF INFORMATION

Target personality is a warrior, a triumphant person
associated with an activity related to "gun control.
Male
personality was arrested by "men and women" and put in prison.
(While in captivity), he worked on roads.
At the time of the event (29 April 1969) , personality was in
a (sort of) "hull", in a square object located about 50 meters
above ground.
Attempts to determine the phonetics of the target
personality's identity resulted in the expression "Helmon

The name
