SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The target personality is a male person of African descent.
He is about 50 years old (90 years old) and normally "dressed
like a judge." He fulfills a primary leadership roll and is
involved in legislation based on wisdom.
The people view him
with hope as the keeper of peace.
He is the leader of an African country phonetically identified
as "Maluba" (Malawi ) ,
His name is phonetically perceived as
"Boligville/Baland/Blala/Balua/Ballot/Ballad"
(Real name is
Hastings Kamuzu Banda) .
He did meet with President
Johnson
(initially identified as Coolidge/Johnson) in 1967 (color cards
utilized to determine dates. )

The target emphasizes the use of angles that reaches to the
top.
The target is a tower
or
series of towers.

conceptual sketches attached to this summary).
Through the use
of
color codes,
it was determined that the target object was
built in about 1890.
Attempts to name the object resulted in the
phonetic indication of "Engels" (for Eiffel ) .
Efforts to
determine its location (Paris, France) were unsuccessful.
