requested to describe the target personality's surroundings.
Requirements related to target personality's identity and
position were deemed too demanding to field as an initial query;
it is believed that 025 would have been precipitated into AOL
drive.
Refinement to determine target personality's position
resulted from the use of the color code system related to the
Yes/No answers.
Use of color codes to determine target
personality's name became involved, tedious, as in a "too much
break." The search area was refined to a world map area
the US.
The areas of Borneo and Seoul, Korea, surfaced as the
main areas of interest.
The use of colors was particularly
helpful in that it forced 025 to view from a right brain
perspective, and place utter an utmost reliance on her guides.

SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
There is a strong western influence affecting the area of
interest associated with the target personality.
Strong
influences if such concepts as winning, war.
Activities in this
country has an influence on world affairs.
(From color codes
accurate in three successive efforts) it was determined that
the
target population was not caucasian, not African, but Asian.
(An
additional
use of three color codes utilized successfully)
indicated that the target personality was a government
functionary, a civil servant of high standing, and finally, a
head of state.
Additional color codes utilized revealed that
target personality would remain head of state in the Spring of
1989, in June 1989; but, he would no longer be head of state in
August 1989.
Attempts to phonetically surface target

personality's name
resulted in such expressions as
"Cutter/Wilson/Lephar/Rahner - ToonWoforu Wupheg Whopper.
Result of search conducted with the parameters of "Asia" from a
world map resulted in the identification of an area in the
immediate vicinity of Borneo, and subsequently "Seoul" (Korea) .
Seoul, Korea, became the agreed upon target location.
