SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The target seems to be a structure that is constructed
of concrete and steel. It is large with arches extending
height above ground level. There are portions that are
below ground with what appear to be escalators or stairs.
There are aspects of glass in tube like form. There
are pulsating objects that are round with circles on top of
circles in decreasing diameters.
The exterior of the target is squared off, with the
top being flat, rectangular and spacious.
