SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The Target was a structure. The structure appeared to
be made of concrete and has a flat roof line with elevated
flat walls. The walls are elevated above and serv
as an
overhang to the structure -- there is a breeze way beneath
the overhanging walls.
There are pillars of concrete which
are positioned along the breeze way. There appears to be
two sections to the building which are tied together by a
smaller lower level one (see sketch).
There is a parking lot to the south of the structure.
There is a tall fence around the structure and others
forming a compound.
The
fence appears to be 12-16' high.
The temperature at the site was sunny with a cool
breeze blowing from the south.
On the inside of the structure there was an access
area which is enclosed by dark glass
there are security
guards in the area which do not look familiar in dress or
weapons.
There are people walking around
well
dressed.
People show badges and move to elevators and stairs. Very
modern looking place.

When asked to look at the function I perceived areas
in the upstairs portion of the structure to be where the
work of the facility occurs. There were rooms with tables
full of electronic gadgetry, testing equipment etc. there
were uncarpeted hallways with doors on either side.
Wooden
doors that led to plush offices. The place gives me a sense
of science, research, study, development and testing.
There are about two or three floors of this type of
operation -- there is also a large number of different
activities that take place here.
There is a lot of stuff going on here. In one of the
labs I saw tubes, glass, burners and tables. There were
people running around with masks, gloves and white coats.
Looked like the "clean room" of an aircraft manufacturing
plant or something. Lots of white.
There is a lot made here, created, tested and
evaluated.
There are people that package things in plastic
and foil
the stuff looks like explosive --
like C4
explosive. The room is filled with technicians.
There is a man who is in charge of this operation as
well as many other operations. He is located -- although not
presently there -- at the end of the building where all the
offices are located. There is a lot of money here -- this
goes beyond normal government type stuff. Nice looking
offices! This guy has three or four phones on his desk with
speakers. He has sofas and small
gathering places in his
office where he conducts business deals or conferences.
There is world map on the wall also.
