Approved For Release 2001/03/07 : CIA-RDP96-00789R001300240006-6 SECRET WORKING PAPER 8903029 V: 032 S: 01 SUMMARY OF INFORMATION Sile is a man made object which has structure like qualities or aspects. The object appears to be constructed mostly of metallic substances and seems to have a covering over a support frame. The object is elongated and has a structure which protrudes from it. The object is relatively large and heavy. See sketch page 18. The design of the object is very interesting -- portions of the object fold and expand into position, there are pedestals that are (AOL/S like feet) . The object has movement inherent to it -- it moves through something and leaves an obvious trail indicating it's direction, speed etc, (see sketch page 17). At times it appears that the entire background relative to the object moves and it remains stationary -- this perception seems to be illusionary. There are also people associated with the object. These associations are with people that are present at the object and others who are distant to the object yel are responsible for it in some way (see sketch page 9) . There objects present which are curved, sharp and spinning (see sketch page 18a) the perceptions were AOL/S of plane propellers. I also received AOI/S that the object was similar to a ship.
