SUMMARY OF INFORMATION:
The target is a structure. It is harrow, curved and
longer on one end.
There is a very loud noise here, it is
a trembling/vibrating roar.
Everything seems to be shaking
and moving back and forth.
There is a blue light that is
round and small.
It is really neat when this light comes
It has a lot of energy and a humming sound when it
comes on.
Otherwise this place is dark ..
It is a military
or scientific target.
There is a lot of energy here.
It
makes me think of a rocket taking off into space.
There is a pointed thing, curved on the end, that is
surrounded by bright light or energy on all sides.
There
are people here, they seem to be working on this object,
making sure everything is in order and working properly.
They are wearing weird outfits that look like protective
clothing.
There is something bright that is round on the
top and squares off on both sides.
This is surrounded by
black.
It has a lot of energy and seems to be giving off
heat.
There are various shapes here and many of them are
rounded.
There is a ball shape with a curved thing in the
middle and gadgets all around it.
It is silver, shiny and
made of metal.
There is a shape that it pointed in all
directions, see
sketches.
I really like this place, but I
am not sure if I am inside or outside.

The SLAVA-Class guided missile cruiser.
second KIROV-Class nuclear-powered guided
missile cruiser; the addition of five other at-
tack submarines; six major surface combat-
ants; 46 fighter-bombers; over 40 helicopters,
mostly ASW versions; and one long-range
ASW BEAR F. Late in 1983, the third unit of
the KIEV-Class carriers and the second unit
of the IVAN ROGOV-Class amphibious as-
sault ships departed for the Pacific Fleet via
the Indian Ocean. Earlier, the SLAVA-Class
cruiser-provisionally identified last year as
the KRASINA-Class-made her maiden voy-
age out of area from the Black Sea to the
Northern Fleet and back again.
The aircraft carrier being built at Nikolayev
on the Black Sea is assessed to be nuclear
powered, and it is expected to have a full-
length flight deck. Because it is likely that
this ship is being designed to carry conven-
tional take off and landing aircraft, instead of
the KIEV's vertical take off and landing type,
it will probably be fitted with arresting gear
and steam catapults like those on US aircraft
carriers. This ship and her new aircraft will
begin tests before the end of the decade.
The new class of Soviet carriers will help to
eliminate deficiencies in two areas. The first
is air defense of their naval forces beyond the
ranges of land-based fighter aircraft. Second-
ly, the Soviets have an active interest in im-
proving their distant area power projection
capabilities to become more influential in the
Third World. To achieve this goal, they need
to be able to provide air protection for naval
forces as well as to protect and assist ground
forces operating ashore. Thus, it is expected
that the aircraft on the new carrier will have
both air-to-air and ground support mission
capabilities.
At Cam Ranh Bay, Vietnam and in the Dah-
lak Archipelago off Ethiopia in the southern
Red Sea, the Soviets have achieved signifi-
