To describe the target site (McDill Air Force Base,
Florida) using ERV methodology.

COMMENTS:
No personal Physical Inclemencies (PI) reported,
but the building had a strong smell of skunk spray, and the doors were open
throughout the session, to air the building out. Halfway through the
session, the wind slammed a door shut, effectively ending 052's
concentration.
In the session, 052 had immediate site contact, and
essentially described the main aspects and activities of the site within the
first minute of work. After the interruption of the slamming door, 052
tried to get back to the site, but ran into heavy AOL problems.

SUMMARY OF INFORMATION:
The target is a structure and land. The structure is
bright, curved and rounded in all directions.
There are
little windows on the side, all the way around. There are
things moving by, very fast, they are shaped like planes or
aircraft. There are at least five or six people at the
site and trees.
It seems to be a large, open area.
There
is a fence that surrounds it. There are large mountains or
formations of rocks in the background.
