(S/STD) COMMENTS: No inclemencies noted. A Summary of Information (SOI) is attached to this report. 052 correctly identified the target as a structure. The use of the "T" and "I" columns, Stage IV, CRV, were emphasized. 052 appeared to have an overreliance on the S-2 columns. It is tall, narrow, vertical and has something round that is surrounding it. There are angles and a vertical connected to a diagonal. The top of the structure is pointed. The vertical structure is hard and smooth. In between the vertical and the round thing is air. The round thing is hard, smooth, jagged, not proportionate, and seems to have spots of light. Outside of the round thing is bright, hard, land. There are angles and a vertical connected to a diagonal. The top of the structure is pointed. This is a big building that is something to go and look at. There is something round that is moving in the center. There is energy at this site. Inside the structure it is bright. There are jagged shapes like zig-zags. There are people shapes at this site. One of the two persons inside is tall, has short, brown hair, white skin, green eyes and a beard. He is wearing blue clothes. He seems to be hungry and working. He made me think of a groundskeeper. He seems to be doing research, possibly related to the energy and/or genetics.
