There is an area consisting of 2 concentric oval /circular shapes. The object is outside the inner 'oval,' but inside the outer oval. The inner oval is hard land and the area between the ovals is softer and different in texture. Outside the periphery of the outer oval on the side farthest from the object are boxy, stepped up structures. See sketch page 3.
