1 . Approved For Release 2001/03/07 : CIA-RDP96-00789R001001470001-8 SOURCE: 052 TARGET: 91-22-0 DATE: 11 Dec 91 TIME: 1105-1150 1430-1500 METHOD : CRV Solo SUMMARY : Target person has dark, stringy hair, is of medium build, and about 5'8" tall. Person is located deep underwater. He seems to be located "behind" something and very isolated. There is extreme pressure on his head, as if there were some type of equipment above his head. Possible location is in the water off the coast of California. Person's surroundings include a large object and a smaller object (see sketches). It is usually extremely quiet in his surroundings, but when I saw the smaller rounded object, there were fumes or some type of smoke emanating from it and a machinery grinding sound. The main aspects of his surroundings are that it is quiet, dark, wet, clammy, and icy cold. It gives the person cold feet. Also, something about the air is not right. It makes my nose burn. I do not know if it is the water, or if I am breathing the smoke. (When this happened in prior sessions it was an indicator to me that some type of chemicals were involved) . Target person speaks English. He is a smoker, but not of regular cigarettes. Person also seems to know someone named "Mike" and someone named "Sylvia". There is energetics in the target area, (to me, kind of a smooth zig zag motion). But I cannot figure out what it is. Approved For Release 2001/03/07 : CIA-RDP96-00789R001001470001-8
