SUMMARY OF INFORMATION

Activity seemed to consist of a big explosion occuring
outside an area. In another portion of a building, there seems to
be some important documents tied in bundles. The markings on the
documents that seem to be most important are blue.

The overall situation in this area seems to be unsuccessful.
A new idea or some help is coming to the situation to help it
along in the immediate future. The situation seems to center
around an important man who is holding on to his ideas and seems
not to be giving in to progress.
Some younger men want to go into
