Summary of Information
The target is associated with crumbled rocks, dirt roads and
harsh conditions.
The area of operations is dusty, windless and
has a very old or prehistoric feel
about it.
The target is a
large, wheeled vehicle which either resembles, or works within
the vicinity of, an over-sized earth mover.
This vehicle is
associated with earth or soil manipulation, terrain manipulation,
earth/soil movement or transport.
It accompanies other types of
vehicles along roads.
There are currently delays in production of this particular
vehicle because there is not enough of a market right now to
justify conditions.
It is rather "cheaply" made in general although it has
spots/portions which are "high tech".
It has an austere interior
which is small, self-contained but uncluttered,
There are
maps/planning maps located inside of it.
The interior has at
least one flat surface that is bright and a flat, rectangularly
shaped metal box which contains some of the "high tech" stuff.
There are 2-4 people inside of it but generally only two are
present .

It is vaguely seismic related in
that it is used for sensing
or sensory purposes associated with the earth, soil
and/or
terrain.
It contains an object that is either stuck in the
ground and then retracted, or stuck in the ground and left in
place.
There is a sense of southern asian
associated with this;
either its origin or where it is currently located.
The term
(phonetically) "KA-LOOK-A" is associated with it as well
as
"WANDER -.... or WONDER-

There are twovparallel zig-zag
characters upon a dark green or brown background somewhere on the
vehicle.
On the exterior is a dark blue, triangularly shaped panel
with a large white figure on it.
This figure resembles an "8"
but it is more of an abstract figure or motif rather than the
number "8".
It carries a long,
tube-like object which generally
sits horizontally on the vehicle.
However ,
this object is
occasionally placed in a vertical position.
